Our wedding venue hosts up to 130 guests comfortably and allows you to experience a stress-free celebration, crafting memories for a lifetime, as we provide everything you need for a truly spectacular and unforgettable event for you and your guests.

We offer three wedding packages to meet your every need!

Wedding Package Pricing

Saturday: $2750

Sunday - Thursday: $2250

Optional Add-Ons:

Friday night set up time: $250

Sunday morning clean up time: $250

Required Extras

Refundable Damage Deposit: $250 (separate check) returned if no damage occurs and venue is left cleaned and in the condition in which you found it.

Alcohol Policy

If you are serving alcohol at your wedding or event, you must provide your own alcohol. No bar service is offered by Bates Social Event Space.

Catering

We offer catering service but you may feel free to use any caterer of your choosing, however, we must have a copy of their license and liability insurance beforehand. We are also happy to provide a list of preferred vendors we work with as well.

Micro-Wedding Price Options

Our micro-weddings are available Monday-Thursday, and Sunday afternoons.

To personalize your micro wedding, we have an A La Carte menu offering a selection of rental items and services.

Elopement Ceremony Package

Our Elopement Ceremony Package is perfect for couples considering an intimate and personal wedding, whether you're eloping or planning to get married on the courthouse steps. This package is only available Monday-Thursday and Sunday afternoons and includes a 1-hour venue rental, offering a beautiful and private setting for your special moment. You have the flexibility to bring your own officiant or use one provided by us. With accommodation for up to 4 guests*, you can share this precious time with your closest loved ones. Additionally, we offer recommendations for trusted vendors such as photographers and florists to help make your day even more memorable.
